Look at the file in a text editor first.  One of the cells has a rowspan of 1000, but when opening in Calc, it only merges the first 256 rows

When importing an HTML table with a cell that has rowspan of over 256, it will only merge up to 256 cells.

Closing as INVALID - we know of this max so leaving this particular bug open won't help us. I'm not sure if someone is currently working on expanding the 256 max but it is known and has been reported by others

Marking as INVALID because it's not really a bug - you're just pointing out a limitation with LibreOffice
