Created attachment 93001 [details]
backtrace from log

on Intel Ivy Bridge I occur random crashes after a while (probably caused by 2D acceleration in web browser)

I can also notice major artifacts in firefox (they're gone, when firefox is launched by optirun on secondary GPU)

I'm using Linux Mint 16 Cinnamon + kernel 3.13.0 + oibaf ppa for drivers (since stock drivers have some bugs already fixed in newer versions)

additional info:

I detected a crash, when using bumblebee, eg. optirun firefox

and neither bumblebee neither nvidia driver hasn't updated since last state without problems

but the browser artifacts happen even if not used bumblebee
Comment 2 ziktofel 2014-01-29 14:36:45 UTC
got another crash even if bumblebee wasn't running since last crash
Comment 3 Kenneth Graunke 2014-01-29 21:02:25 UTC
Reassigning to xf86-video-intel...
Comment 4 Chris Wilson 2014-01-29 21:39:57 UTC
An unresolved backtrace is not going to help diagnose the problems. Please install the latest packages along with their debug symbols and attach the full Xorg.0.log.
Comment 5 Chris Wilson 2014-01-29 23:42:34 UTC
Judging by the date and use of oibaf, it is likely you fell foul of bug 74176, in which case it should be fixed by an updated package shortly.
Comment 6 Chris Wilson 2014-02-01 11:16:38 UTC
Probably fixed in 2.99.908.
