The patch I'm going to attach includes libpolkit-grant in the pkg-config file,
installs the headers in $(includedir)/libpolkit-1.0/libpolkit/ and adds
-I${includedir}/libpolkit-1.0/ to CFLAGS, this way external apps may compile
against libpolkit-grant like the internal tools do.

PS: Sorry, I totally forgot to mention this at Guadec :)
