Description Marek 2014-02-11 20:06:18 UTC
There is in MS Word a good tool to insert a letter with (simply by keyboard, without modal windows). I can press a sign like ` ' : ^ , ~ (using Ctrl) and then appropriate letter (like a, e, o, u, i, c). In result I receive à á ã ä ç and so forth.
Of course, to receive ä (or ö etc.) i have press also Shift, that's why I use 'Ctrl+Shift+:' and after 'a'.
Is it possible to have these possibilities also in LibreOffice Writer?

this feature is not natively available in OOo, LibO or AOO.

I think however that an extension to do something like that exists.
