If I use any of the current 3.14 kernels in fedora rawhide, the main menu of dota2 will run at 2 fps.
If I use the last 3.13 kernel, everything is fine. 
Radeon hd 5750.

Please attach your xorg log and dmesg output.  If the kernel is the only component you changed, can you bisect?

It was fixed with the last 3.14 kernel update: 3.14.0-0.rc4.git0.1.fc21.x86_64
