I've got this kind of errors few times a day.

Linux Debian Sid, debian kernel 3.13-1

[drm] stuck on blitter ring
[drm] GPU crash dump saved to /sys/class/drm/card0/error
[drm] GPU hangs can indicate a bug anywhere in the entire gfx stack, including userspace.
[drm] Please file a _new_ bug report on bugs.freedesktop.org against DRI -> DRM/Intel
[drm] drm/i915 developers can then reassign to the right component if it's not a kernel issue.
[drm] The gpu crash dump is required to analyze gpu hangs, so please always attach it.

Debian sid implies out-of-date userspace drivers, so this is most likely already resolved upstream. It is imperative that you attach the /sys/class/drm/card0/error and /var/log/Xorg.0.log.

Please reopen if you are able to provide the information required to debug this issue.

No, you are not. This is a both a bug in the Xserver and a mesa bug already fixed in master of both trees (fix released for the Xserver, pending release for mesa).
