Letter Eh U+044D looks slightly blurred in DejaVu Sans Mono (both capital and 
small variants) and in DejaVu Sans (only a small variant). 
 
It is for DejaVu SVN as of 23.07.2006, FreeType 2.2.1, KDE is configured to use 
antialiasing + full hinting.

It has not instructions. Eugeniy Meshcheryakov at first added instructions for 
Ukranian alphabet letters.
