Bug detailed description:

It fails on Broadwell with Mesa master branch, but works well on Haswell.
GL3Tests_framebuffer_blit_framebuffer_blit_functionality_linear_filter_color_blit.test and GL3Tests_framebuffer_blit_framebuffer_blit_functionality_nearest_filter_color_blit.test also fail.

Reproduce steps:

2. ./GTF -width=64 -height=64 -run=GL3Tests/framebuffer_blit/framebuffer_blit_functionality_color_and_depth_blit.test

Is this bug still valid with the latest version of components?

It works well on latest components.
