Same here - thought I was finally going to get Spice working as I upgraded from XP 64 but no, still nothing doing :-(

This should work with the newest release (spice-guest-tools 0.100) http://www.spice-space.org/download/windows/spice-guest-tools/spice-guest-tools-0.100.exe
