I have a particular (business) web app that, if I load it in Chromium [Version 34.0.1847.116 Ubuntu 14.04 aura (260972)], causes my graphics driver to crash. Fortunately, I can still access it by SSH and so diagnose it and shut it down cleanly…

Other people in the office with similar software but different hardware are not encountering the issue.

Have you tested with latest Mesa if you still encounter this issue? Would it be possible to get apitrace of the chromium run to be able to repeat the failure?

Without a way to reproduce this, there's not much we can do about it. Hopefully newer kernels and Mesa will help. Closing.
