Bug detailed description:

Play Steam--Postal II, change resolution to higher than 1024 x 768, then game UI will not be full screen, right and below area of screen will be grey.
And game UI cannot display incomplete.

It's not a regression bug.

Is this specific to BDW or does it happen on other GENs?

It's specific to BDW.

This bug still can be reproduced with Mesa 10.3-rc1, the detail software environment is:

The issue disappears on mesa-10.4.0 testing, close it.
