Display state dumping is still broken. Thanks guys.
Comment 2 Chris Wilson 2014-06-10 09:09:56 UTC
Both of these two bugs have identical symptoms and are both stuck on the same kernel bug preventing adequate information being dumped to the error state.

I'm the culprit, but I sent a fix right after I noticed it's broken:

commit b8c000d9bf23e7c1155ef421f595d1cbc25262da
Author: Imre Deak <imre.deak@intel.com>
Date: Mon Jun 2 14:21:10 2014 +0300

drm/i915: fix display power sw state reporting

Not sure though if the reporter has this already, if so then there is something still broken. Would be good to know.

Just cheked, don't have this commit

It is still a duplicate. Imre was just pointing out that his fix to the error capture is only in drm-intel-nightly
