CoreGraphics call CGBitmapContextGetBitmapInfo isn't available before MacOS X
10.4. This makes the build fails (at least when
-Werror-implicit-function-declaration is used). 

However the call doesn't seems to be required, well at least it doesn't seems to
break libgdiplus when executed on PPC prior to 10.4.
