This bug is still present in 215 (also running Arch). As far as I can tell, this happens because systemd-timesyncd believes that the network is up when it isn't. This hopefully fixes it: http://cgit.freedesktop.org/systemd/systemd/commit/?id=afc7b1b9c170b9d23a3d91367e00f33b2ee2e89e |
