Current compiz git contains the novell logo for the top of the cube.

For distribution-packages this is a problem, because that logo is (c) and 
cannot be redistributed. You should probably put in there some kind of free 
image (e.g. xorg/fdo-logo?) and let distributions choose if they want to put 
their own branding in there.
