Problem description:

Steps to reproduce:
1. Add a vertical scrollbar in any text block
2. 2 useless solutions : floating frame or form control "text" box"
3. This 2 options are complexes, useless and buggy for this simple purpose

Current behavior:
Can't create diagrams with texts and vertical scrollbar
Expected behavior:
a diagramming tool should have by default an easy vertical scrollbar in any text block or paragraph in any shapes

Operating System: Windows 7
Version: 4.3.1.2 release

The only methods of adding a scrollbar to a text object (in Draw) does appear to be via either:

- Insert > Floating Frame...
- Inserting a Text Box via Form Controls toolbar

May require an amendment to the ODF specification (and apply to more components than just Draw). Status set to NEW. Severity set to enhancement. Platform set to All/All.

Dudes ! Are you serious ???
Libreoffice Draw is today the best free diagramming tool (even with better features than private softwares like smartdraw) but the scrollbar options availables here (Floating Frame and Form Controls toolbar even if you fix their issues) are not at all what we call a scroll bar for text blocks ; That's a big mistake for the future of this software if you don't think that this enhancement should be a priority :
You should remove this funny Floating frame and his girlfriend floating form an add a REAL VERTICAL SCROOLBAR :D
Libre office draw without a simple vertical scrollbar will not be used for his real poential.
