does not work dpm. fan is very noisy during normal operation.

i have 03:00.0 VGA compatible controller: Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. [AMD/ATI] Pitcairn XT [Radeon HD 7870 GHz Edition] Gigabyte vendor. (bios version F11)
from a friend with the same video card manufacturer only sapphire works. system is the same, the configuration files are identical.
