I'm running Gnome 3.14 Beta 2 on Arch Linux on Wayland.
When I move my mouse fast the cursor responds to the movement just like on X11. 
When I move my mouse very slowly to the right the cursor doesn't move at all. The same goes for when I'm pulling the mouse towards me. The speed threshold to registering movements seems a lot higher than when I move the mouse to the left or up.

Thanks for the bug report, however the bug you are describing is in clutter. Could you open a bug in the GNOME bug tracker on the clutter product and assign it to me?

I tried to assign you to this bug:

Could figure out a way to do it, though. Not sure if I'm privileged enough to do this. It automatically assigned it to clutter-maint@gnome.bugs and there is no field for me to change this. 
Side Note: Someone should come up with a easier way to report bugs directly from the desktop without having to sign up for a dozen bugzilla accounts. ;)
