Created attachment 106680 [details] proposed patch Another case of mistreating OVER as SOURCE, in this case internally. A pattern with EXTEND_NONE is considered opaque because its downscaled area is contained in its source extent, so apparently not requiring to sample the padding (for interpolation purposes) transparent area surrounding the opaque source surface.
