OS: OpenSUSE 13.2 x86_64, systemd 210-25.5.4 x86_64 and system-ui 210-25.5.4 x86_64

Given: When non-root user tries to push Start|Stop etc. buttons systemd-ui returns access denied error, which is right, because only root-user can change service status. It's equal to 'sudo systemctl start|stop servicename.service' in terminal. So, it's logically not to return access denied error, but root password promt window.

systemadm is obsolete and has been removed from systemd. Closing hence.
