Well it's not even detected (according to dmesg) and you don't tell me what kind of screen it is. Please describe: - output type (hdmi/dp/..) - please grab xrandr --verbose for this screen from a working machine - please describe which step exactly fails (i.e. failure to detect with xrandr or failure to light up) - please grab a new dmesg from boot-up (yours is cut off) - please exlain when/how you've captured your dmesg while testing (i.e. at which timestamp point have you plugged in the screen and stuff like that). I tried with latest BIOS (V53), connected the second HDMI port (not the default HDMI port) to Acer HS244HQ. HDMI screen shows nothing yet. After upgrade BIOS version to V53, the display lights up with drm-intel-testing 2015-01-18. According to Jeff's last comment, close this bug report. Closing old verified. |
