Can you attach the output of "colormgr dump" please. I'm a little stumped what could cause this, other than eog sending the screen color corrected image to the printer rather than the original content, which would be a bit crazy. Created attachment 110311 [details]

Agreed I don't see why EoG would even look at the ICC profile. It just has to display the picture and let the display do its job. Okay, so colord isn't applying the printer profile. I think this is probably an EOG bug. You can confirm this by turning off the display correction in gnome-control-center and then printing something from a newly launched eog. Sure I can confirm that turning off the profile in g-c-c for my screen fix this issue. This is in my initial report. I just had a look at the EoG code in Git and there is no colord code at all in EoG. I have tested with Shotwell and the print is ok! So EoG seems to be the culprit indeed. I'll report there. I hope to see this fixed after month investigating and many many test print :) Thanks a lot for your quick reply! |
