cerbero downloaded with "git clone"

when running ./cerbero-uninstalled bootstrap getting error:

cpanm_installer seems to be a string...
as a workaround i commented out "cpanm_installer.close()" in "./cerbero/bootstrap/osx.py"

it bootstraped after that.
