Hi Emil, thanks for reporting. I have just verified it doesn't work with any version of LibreOffice from 3.3 up 4.4, neither with ApacheOpenOffice 4.1. I you like change the importance from minor to enhancement. OK. But I am 100% *CERTAIN* that it worked that way before. Maybe it was Apache OpenOffice 3.x. Not only that. I distinctly remember reading an instruction that this is the way to change the page style and was annoyed that it didn't work (any more). Then please change title for one asking for the enhancement. Maybe could help assigning a shortcut for a style. Not possible. When you open an xls, you have as many page styles, as there are worksheets, and each is named after its worksheet (i.e. differently every time). This feature is available in writer, so it would be great to also have it in calc, as you are only able to do this through the styles & formatting dialog in calc. I tested AOO 3.3 (the first version released by Apache) and its not present there, so maybe it was a release by Sun. (In reply to Emil Prpic from comment #2) > OK. But I am 100% *CERTAIN* that it worked that way before. In Writer yes - and still. But in Calc I've never seen it work (started in 2004, but that doesn't say all of course). Still: thanks for the issue and request! Cor |
