I've installed Xubuntu 14.04 and when I try to tile a window in my XFCE session by dragging it to the edge of the screen, my X server freezes (but even killing X doesn't end the freeze). And it doesn't always freeze the first time I try to do it, and it doesn't always freeze with any window. When I tile my windows by keyboard, it seems like I can't reproduce it.

I file this bug report here because /var/log/syslog told me to, as it told me to attach the stack trace.

What I did forget to mention: it's a Thinkpad T410 with Intel HD Graphics 5700MHD

Hmm, another batch buffer corruption. It is with a fairly old kernel and presumably ddx (and mesa), so first it would be nice to test if the issue simply disappears with e.g. kernel v3.19 and xf86-video-intel-2.99.917.

Timeout, closing. Please reopen if the problem persists with latest kernels.
