Bug detailed description:

Blank screen when run xrandr --output eDP1 --rotate left/right on SKL.
Xrandr –output eDP1 –rotate normal/inverted is well.

Reproduce steps:

1, xinit& 
2, xrandr --output eDP1 --rotate left

It's not obvious to me what this has to do with Mesa.

Please provide dmesg from boot to the problem with drm.debug=0xe, *not* i915.debug.
