My initial thought is this is a kernel bug. I suppose you can see if it's reproducible in windowed mode to figure it out. Current mode is windowed mode,this issue also exists on fullscreen. Update the Update the severity to major since this will block the user who playered this game and want to quit. The user need to reboot the computer if he does not know how to kill and restart X. When is that dmesg from? It looks like this is just after boot. please see if ssh is still up after the hang, and provide the dmesg and associated error state if there is a GPU hang. ssh is still up.And I remember there is no GPU hang occurred in dmesg.Ye, could you please help to double check again, and also check if the process of Urbanterror is really exit after click "quit" and "yes"? It also exists on the latest kernel (nightly_63cd2a) and Mesa (master-29c23644). The process is still exists. root 9325 9294 1 11:24 pts/5 00:00:13 ./ioUrbanTerror.x86_64 Tested on the latest nightly kernel(5ea91d) and latest mesa(cc5860e), this issue does not exists on skl. Verified it. |
