Version: 1.12.4

Since the update to v1.12, libqmi fails to build on various architectures on the debian buildd network due to a failure in the test-suite.
Affected architectures are mips, sparc, powerpc and s390x.
On all those architectures, it's the following test which fails:

  /libqmi-glib/message/tlv-rw/strings:                                 FAIL

This looks like an (big)endian issue.
