Quicktime Movies that are ISO media are not being detected via the magic
database. Therefore the following node needs to be added to video/quicktime
magic node: <match value="ftypqt" type="string" offset="4"/>

I'll attach a patch shortly.

I don't think "ftypqt" is for ISO MPEG-4 so, just like in your patch, I added this magic to video/quicktime and not video/mp4.
