Provide a config option to choose which button will be used for
the Emulate3Buttons instead hard code it. Of course default would
be what the button it does now, 2.

This would allow getting another button number and then users could enable
EmulateWheel with this new virtual button. Nice for when repetive "roll
movements" cause pain. Other people would just get another button if the
want.

Sorry about the phenomenal bug spam, guys. Adding xorg-team@ to the QA contact so bugs don't get lost in future.

There seems to be no option to do it yet. I checked evdev man page and while
there are many options, some new, the emulated button is not configurable when
pressing MB1 and MB3. There is a new thing that fakes MB3 when holding MB1,
but that is not what the request was about.
