My System.
OpenSuse TW 13.2
Kernel 4.0.1-1
Gnome 3.16
i7-4702MQ @ 2.2GHz
8GB Ram
1TB SSD

The mouse movements are not jerking free. I have the impression it hangs again and again. But only if I move the mouse over open windows. The mouse movements about the desktop are faultless. If I work without Wayland, then the mouse movements are good.

How can i see the wayland version?

Wayland version is fairly irrelevant, but what compositor are you using?
gnome-shell/mutter?

Maybe it could be related to
http://cgit.freedesktop.org/wayland/weston/commit/?id=6858383d51b12632481370fdc7d886a1e6bb4ebd

I think you should probably reassign this bug to the compositor you are using.

If it's in gnome-shell you are seeing this, then this is probably the bug you are looking for: https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=745032
