The release tarball for libva-1.5.1 (http://www.freedesktop.org/software/vaapi/releases/libva/libva-1.5.1.tar.bz2) does not include va/Android.mk.  This causes problems when trying to cherry-pick a patch from the git source that modifies the va/Android.mk file.

Haihao, I was a little confused at how the file could have gotten left out?  Do we manually or via script strip unused items?

the package is created by 'make dist-bzip2'. I will check how to include 'va/Android.make'
