Bug detailed description

when unplug HDMI an DP, eld information is correct; then replug all display, all screen are black. but only hotplug one display, screen can go back.

***And I have catch dmesg in above 3 circumstance, find they all blank. 

Reproduce Steps

1.unplug all display 
2.replug all display

Expected Result

all screen can go back

Actual Result

all screen are black

This issue is not present anymore with latest configuration
