Created attachment 118254 [details] xdg-email-detect-icedove.patch xdg-email detects if the preferred MUA is Thunderbird and uses run_thunderbird to launch it. However, Thunderbird is called Icedove in Debian (due to trademark issues). The attached patch makes xdg-email also detect Icedove.
