OpenGL not working for ATI HD4530 family gpu driver card.

I am tested ubuntu desktop 14.04, 14.10, 15.04, 15.10 beta

The Xorg driver ati radeon cause ubuntu desktop screen flicker and flicker.

Can you fix it ?

Or please black list it?

tell me how to manual disable OpenGL for my GPU card.

Please attach the /var/log/Xorg.0.log file and the output of glxinfo and dmesg.

Does booting with radeon.dpm=0 on the kernel command line in grub fix the issue?

Sounds like maybe the mclk switching is not finishing within the vblank period.
