Regression since 7.1: X server (again!!!) selects 75Hz even if higher refreshes
are available, and the screen is CRT. The same driver version with older X
server worked.
It is possible that 1152x864@85 is not available as default mode - setting
refresh range to 80-100 selects 1024x768@85. DDC does not work for me - it only
detects the screen is CRT.
 
Unfortuantely, the new X server does not create a log.

I found the place where X server puts the logs. It is really just the default
mode missing.

It works with 6.7.193, at least the ubuntu packages.
