[DP-MST] i7-5600U Dell E7450, external black screen after resume from suspend, still in 4.2.3

This bug is present from devel 3.19 and from one of stable updates in 3.18. In bugzilla is this bug closed as: "If the problem persists with latest kernels, please file a bug at the freedesktop.org bugzilla [1], referencing this bug."

Fails on kernel 4.2.3 and on 4.3 RC4. Works on 3.17.* and on 3.18.0

Issue from 4.1.0 and from 4.2.0, second monitor blinks every minute is in 4.2.3 fixed

Please re-test running v4.4. If the problem persists, please add drm.debug=14 module parameter, and attach dmesg.

4.5.1, still doesn't work. Is need to include new dmesg logs?

It looks it is fixed with 4.6
