Screencast of the artefact

When using 16bpp color settings on Windows XP, artefacts appear, when dragging icons on the Desktop. The artefact appears as a black rectangle.

How to reproduce:
1. Use Windows XP virtual machine.
2. Install QXL driver
3. Set Color Quality to 16bpp
(Right click on the Desktop -> Properties -> Settings -> Color quality)
4. Drag around icons on the Desktop

Easy to reproduce. Does not depends on compression type.
Looks like the mask is not sent correctly.
Sometimes it's a black rectangle but sometimes you can see it's a 1 bit image corrupted.
Looking at the code looks like these images are compressed differently (or not compressed) as for instance Quic does not support PLT images.
