Youtube actions (My yt videos volume is 100% for simplicity):
 - Change video volume to something higher than current eqsink volume
 - Start playing a video with volume set higher than current eqsink volume
 - Seek through video and begin playing at any point with volume set higher than current eqsink volume

Using the device sink, when I perform any youtube actions, the sink retains its volume setting.

Using the equalizer sink, when I perform any youtube actions, the sink matches to 100% (which hurts.).

If I change use_volume_sharing to "no", the sink no longer behaves this way. Watching youtube videos does not cause the eqsink to match 100% yt volume.

inb4 lower yt volume; the yt default is 100%.
