A patch there adds mmapped binary file usage instead of heap for key and value
parameters in memory structure. It gains heap consumption reduction+memory
fragmentation reduction

this patch implements usage of mmapped bufer

Attached patch which implements usage of mmapped bufer instead of memory
allocated data, reduses heap consumption and heap fragmentation.
