Created attachment 120845 [details] grid of characters showing misalignment When I generate a 15x30 pixel mono font via 'xterm -fa DejaVuSansMono -fs 19' I observe that the characters m, n, and u are shifted one pixel to the left compared to the characters o, i, 0, 1. See the attached screenshot. In the same xterm, U+F000 U+F001 looks like the numbers "19 19". I am using packages fonts-dejavu-core 2.34-1ubuntu1, and fontconfig 2.11.0-0ubuntu4.1.
