As visible on the attached screenshot, the card pictures get corrupted easily, for example, by scaling the application window.

I'm running Ubuntu 15.04 with Oibaf's PPA and Linux 4.4-rc8.

can't reproduce it with xenial on i965

Also couldn't reproduce it on wily with Oibaf's PPA and Linux 4.4.2.

Rul Salvaterra, 15.04 is EOL as per https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Releases . Given you can no longer reproduce on a supported release this is considered resolved.
