With the following configuration, keyboard mouse and other inputs stop responding with eDP + HDMI/DP .

Steps to reproduce:

1. Turn DUT off
2. Connect HDMI and/or DP 
3. Boot DUT back on again
4. Wait until Logging screen appears

Spected result:

The keyboard and mouse should be working without issues in order to login 

Actual Result: Keyboard, mouse and other U inputs stop responding, 


Basic debug:

Disconnect HDMI and/or DP.. no response
Try to connect through ssh.. no response
Connect HDMI and/or DP after login.. eDP goes black and output monitor never adjust resolution getting different frames of Desktop.

Getting in to the system in text mode gives the chance to use keyboard, no matter if you have HDMI and/or DP. 

But after you try to startx, the system becomes unresponsive

Adding the maxcpus=1 option enables keyboard and mouse when connecting monitors, however the graphic interface breaks up really hard when using the mouse... it becomes very unstable
