Patch to include sys/sysmacros.h in xorg-server

I get errors about mkdev, major and minor not being defined when compiling xorg-server after upgrading glibc to 2.23

Including sys/sysmacros.h fixes it for me

Hi, you should send yuor patches to the xorg-devel ML instead, otherwise chances are that they will remain unnoticed in bugzilla.
