The DP monitor blinks under 4K resolution, but HDMI monitor works well under 4K.

Reproduce Steps

1.under X windows
2.$ xrandr --output DP2 --mode 3840x2160

Expected Result
==============
DP monitor works well under 4K resolution.

Actual Result
==============
DP monitor blinks.

Please boot with drm.debug=0xe, reproduce the bug, then attach the dmesg output here.

The issue is not reproduced in latest commit on APL RVPA1 and RVPB2, so I close it. Thanks.
