If it's a regression, we should bisect it and find the first bad commit.

PSR tests are now skip.
Priority decreased to medium/normal. Let's comment the bug when PSR will be enabled again.

PSR is not supported on IVB (or any other platform pre-HSW), thus I wouldn't expect the test to work right. ;)

As far as KBL goes, I have not seen this reproduce.
