Regression.

Since workaround issue #94515 https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=94515
via https://projects.archlinux.org/svntogit/packages.git/commit/trunk?h=packages/xorg-server&id=bb37fae55e67f14bc491ca6bcccde3907f73b21c
all was FINE.

Currently I using xf86-video-intel-git 1:2.99.917+580+gf656f6a-1

based on commit https://cgit.freedesktop.org/xorg/driver/xf86-video-intel/commit/?id=f656f6afa288c63968f45d6d32c96a4cf6213117 and ALL is FINE.

After upgrade xf86-video-intel-git to 1:2.99.917+586+g4e108af-1 and reboot, after while I had freeze whole KDE Plasma again (like it was in #94515 before workaround).




DEBUG DMESG and xorg.0.log AFTER happened issue.

    sna/present: Restrict vblank.sequence range to 31bits
    
    The kernel checks for past vblanks using an int32_t comparison, so we
    can only program up to 31bits into the future (and similarly programing
    a timer that large would also overflow).
