Patch for tar.lz mimetype

There is already the application/x-lzip mimetype, so it would be nice to have a mimetype also for tar archives compressed with lzip.

Patch + test file

Patch updated, now a test file is included.

I put "ox" in the entry in tests/list, I hope it is correct.
