The resolution is adjusted only once - when the agent starts for the login screen (gdm), when the user logs in (gdm's spice agent exits and user's agent starts) the resolution is not adjusted.

Steps to reproduce:
1. connect to a freshly started guest
2. guest adjust resolution while on login screen
3. log in

Actual result:
guest display is scaled

Expected result:
resolution matches window size

(1) I think gdm's agent should not exit
(2) Is it the client's session that should set the resolution? I thought we were doing it by driver.

We are sending the request to change the resolution when the agent starts. It seems that it is ignored on the guest side (so probably it is not a spice-gtk bug).
