Screenshot of maximized Firefox window.
Notice how the left-most pixels of the letter "o" in "Firefox" are stretched
out. I am using 0.3.6 kde-window-decorator from the gandalfn repository with
the Plastik kwin theme under gnome.
Should be fixed now. Please confirm. Yes, the drawing of the title is now correct here for maximized windows. Maximized windows now have another problem unfortunately: a mouse-click on the title-bar of a maximized window "goes through" to the desktop below. That is, it is interpreted as a click on the desktop. This is a kde-window-decorator problem which does not occur with gtk-window-decorator, and did not occur with the 0.3.6 version of kde-window-decorator. I guess I should be filing this as a new bug, because the original bug here is indeed gone. Sorry, the new problem mentioned in Comment #3 is not special to kde-window-decorator, contrary to what I claimed. I have reported it separately as Bug #9601. Sorry about the phenomenal bug spam, guys. Adding xorg-team@ to the QA contact so bugs don't get lost in future. As the original issue is fixed, closing. |
